Refunds & Cancellations

Applies to all mobile apps published under the "Samtastic" brand and to the website sumit.codes. Last updated: 30 Aug 2025.

Refunds and cancellations are processed through the same platform on which the purchase was made. We do not process refunds via the website or by email.

If you purchased via Google Play

  • Request a refund using Google Play’s refund process within their allowed window. See Google’s help center for the most up‑to‑date steps.
  • Subscriptions can be canceled from your Google Play account. Access typically continues until the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise by Google.
  • When a refund is issued by Google, associated entitlements may be revoked.

If you purchased via our payment processor

  • Refunds and cancellations are handled in‑app using the payment processor used at the time of purchase (e.g., Razorpay). Follow the steps inside the app where you made the purchase.
  • We may use multiple payment processors and may change processors from time to time. The processor used at the time of purchase determines the applicable refund and cancellation process.
  • Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Direct contact (within 5 business days)

If you believe you are eligible for a refund and prefer to contact us directly, email hi@sumit.codes within 5 business days from the time of purchase/payment with your order details. We will guide you to complete the refund using the relevant platform or processor. Refunds are still executed by the platform/processor. Requests received after 5 business days will not be entertained.

General rules

  • We comply with applicable consumer laws, including local cooling‑off periods where mandated.
  • For accidental purchases, duplicate charges, or technical issues preventing use, please use the platform’s refund tool as noted above.
  • Refund eligibility windows and conditions are determined by the payment platform’s policies and any app‑specific disclosures shown at checkout.
  • Some apps may offer in‑app refund tracking, next billing date, cancel/resubscribe, or purchase history. Availability may vary by app and region and is not guaranteed.
