We build and sell software applications and related services. We do not sell any physical goods or items that require shipping. All purchases are for digital goods and/or services only.

No Physical Shipping

• There is no dispatch, courier, or delivery of physical items.
• Access to digital goods is typically provided immediately after a successful purchase via the platform or payment processor used at checkout.
• Any order confirmations, receipts, or entitlement activations are delivered digitally (for example, via app entitlement or email from the platform/processor).

No Exchanges of Physical Goods

• Because we do not sell physical goods, exchanges or returns of physical items are not applicable.
• For questions about refunds or cancellations of digital purchases, please refer to our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

Digital Delivery and Access

• Purchases made through platform stores (e.g., Google Play) or other processors (e.g., Razorpay) are governed by those platforms’ terms and timelines.
• We may use multiple payment processors and may change processors from time to time. The processor used at the time of purchase determines the applicable process for access, billing, refunds, and cancellations.
• Some apps may offer in‑app features such as purchase history, cancel/buy subscription, next billing date, or refund status. Availability may vary by app and region and is not guaranteed.

Support and Contact

• For guidance related to a recent purchase, you may email us within 5 business days from the time of purchase/payment at hi@sumit.codes. Requests received after 5 business days will not be entertained. For subscription‑related requests after this window, please cancel via the relevant platform or processor instead.
• For shipping/exchange queries specifically: there are no physical shipments or exchanges for our software products and services.
