Purchases, Subscriptions, and Billing

Purchases made via Google Play are billed by Google. Other purchases may be processed by our payment processors (e.g., Razorpay). Prices, taxes, and renewal details are shown at checkout. If a subscription is offered, it may renew automatically unless you cancel through the relevant platform or processor before the renewal date. We may use multiple payment processors and may change processors from time to time.

Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are managed through the platform or payment processor used at the time of purchase and are not handled via the website. You may also contact us within 5 business days from purchase at hi@sumit.codes for guidance; refunds are still executed by the relevant platform/processor. Requests received after 5 business days will not be entertained. For subscription‑related refund requests submitted after this window, please cancel your subscription through the relevant platform or processor instead. Some apps may provide in‑app options such as canceling or buying a subscription, viewing the next billing date, or tracking refund status. Features and availability may vary by app and region and are not guaranteed.

Third‑Party Services

Our apps may rely on third‑party services or SDKs. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

Intellectual Property

The apps, website, and all related content are protected by intellectual property laws. Trademarks, logos, and names remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or where required by law. You may stop using the services at any time.
